Our
Obligations
The terms and
conditions set out in this section together with your confirmation,
comprise your agreement with us and all those listed on the booking
on whose behalf the party leader is acting.
It is important
that you check all the details shown on the confirmation invoice
carefully to ensure they are correct, as this forms the basis of
the contract. Any discrepancies should be brought to our attention
with 7 days of issue. Otherwise the details shown on the confirmation
invoice will be presumed correct.
Assuming we
are able to confirm your booking, we will send your confirmation
invoice as soon as possible after receiving your deposit. If you
do not receive a confirmation invoice within two weeks, you should
contact us to make sure that your booking has been made.
The villa is
maintained by a friendly local management company who provide maid
service between lets and can be called upon 24 hours a day if needed.

Your Obligations
When you wish
to confirm a booking, you must pay a deposit of £150.00 per
week booked. Once your holiday has been confirmed by us, the deposit
will not be refunded.
You must make
payment to us of the balance shown on the confirmation invoice at
least 10 weeks prior to the first date of occupancy, or if your
booking is made within this period you will have to pay the full
amount immediately.
If you do not
pay in full by the date shown on the confirmation invoice, we reserve
the right to cancel your booking if we wish, which will make you
liable for cancellation charges as set out in the table below.
If you cancel
your accommodation, the lead name on the booking must advise us
in writing by post or facsimile immediately. Verbal cancellations
will not be accepted. If you cancel, you will be liable to pay the
cancellation charges set out in the table below. Cancellation periods
are calculated on the date your cancellation is received by us.

The accommodation
booked is only available for use by those persons included on the
booking unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.
You are responsible
for any damage caused to your holiday accommodation except by
persons not known to you or us and unconnected with the contract
between us, during your stay and any charges must be met by you
paid locally.
A returnable security deposit is required and is banked at least 1 month
prior to your stay in the villa. These security deposits will be refunded
in full once notification has been received from the management company
that the property has been left in a satisfactory condition. The management
company will contact us to let us know within 7 days of your date of departure.
Smoking is not
permitted in the villa. If you do wish to smoke, please feel free
to do so on the patio area.
Earliest check-in
on arrival is 4pm. Keys for the villa are obtainable from the local
management company situated approximately 1 mile away. If arrival
is out of office hours, other arrangements will be made for you
to obtain the key.
Florida State
Law requires you, to register with the Management Company on your
arrival in the villa.
Latest check-out
time on departure day is 11am. It is possible to arrange a late
ch?? at additional cost, dependent upon whether there is a same-day
changeover. The latest time in this instance is 4pm.
